New Marketing Agreement

To Our Business Partners,

SA Services, LLC is pleased to announce that we have entered into an exclusive joint marketing agreement with Ameropa North America. The two companies will work together on all purchases and sales of seaborne sulfuric acid. By combining our efforts, we will aspire to a larger share of the global sulfuric acid trade and becoming a more reliable partner to our suppliers and customers in that area of our business.

This agreement will have no affect on our usual business where we make deliveries of sulfuric acid and other products in trucks, railcars and barges.

We appreciate your continued support of SA Services and we believe this new agreement simply positions SAS to be a stronger partner to each of you.
